Scott Oyler’s Oyler Group and Mike Hines’ Build Collective – two top agent teams in Greater Cincinnati – joined forces at the end of last year to create Oyler Hines, a highly specialized real estate team with decades of combined expertise in resale, new construction, and exceptional customer service.

Oyler Hines now has 20 experienced real estate professionals serving clients in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We love that Oyler and Hines both grew up in the Cincinnati area and are now making it an even better place to live, work and play through their award-winning real estate group.
They recently moved to a new office space right down the street from our Montgomery store location. Not only will this be their office, but it’s also now an event venue and meeting space. Formerly Stir, it’s now called “The Remington Room,” and it’s an intimate urban loft, superbly furnished with all the comforts of home for hosting your next gathering, small event, corporate meeting or function.
The Remington Room boasts a recently-refreshed private lounge area, bar, professional kitchen, conference room, and outdoor patio. They offer entertainment options for dinner parties, celebrations, interactive cooking classes, and presentation-based events along with corporate team building, business lunches and dinners or special instructional sessions.
Hines says this space helps them to entertain their clients and network associates, and also make new connections in the community. “We’re always looking for unique, creative and impactful ways to connect with and provide resources to our community,” says Hines. “The City of Montgomery has been phenomenal to work with.”
Oyler says teaming up with Hines helped their teams collectively turn challenges into opportunities. “Real estate is changing and we’re excited to be on the forefront of an exciting time in the market,” he adds. “Mike and I were fortunate to successfully navigate this unprecedented 2020 and 2021 market. We are thrilled to share each of our team’s growing resources with each of our clients to make more possible.”
