As we plan for our Holiday Celebrations, think about others and what you can do to support others!
Then, give yourself a present – give yourself the grace, peace, permission, and gift to be happy.
One of my sayings that I share is, “do something every day that brings you joy and live each day fully.”
Choosing to be happy is a powerful way to focus your thoughts, actions, and emotions. The Beatles, specifically George Harrison, expressed it well in their inspirational song, “Here Comes the Sun!”
